We are proud to offer the latest technology in physiotherapy treatments with our Indiba treatment. This innovative treatment uses radiofrequency waves to stimulate the body's natural healing processes and promote tissue repair.

Indiba treatment is a non-invasive and painless treatment that can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. The treatment works by stimulating blood flow, increasing oxygenation and nutrients to the affected area, and promoting the production of collagen and elastin fibres.

The Indiba treatment can be used on different parts of the body, including joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It can also be used in combination with other physiotherapy treatments, such as manual therapy and exercise therapy, to enhance their effectiveness.

One of the unique features of the Indiba treatment is its ability to provide deep tissue heating. This can be particularly effective in treating chronic pain and injuries, as it can help to reduce inflammation, increase circulation, and relieve pain.

The Indiba treatment is safe and suitable for people of all ages and activity levels. Our physiotherapists are trained and experienced in using this technology to provide effective and personalised treatment to our clients.

If you are looking for a cutting-edge physiotherapy treatment that can help you recover faster and more effectively, then the Indiba treatment may be right for you. Contact us today to learn more about this innovative treatment and to schedule a consultation.

About Me

ABOUT
CARRIE

Carrie holds a BSc (Hons) and an MSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Previous to studying physiotherapy she owned a successful massage business.

She graduated from Plymouth University and spent time working at North Devon Hospital. This allowed her to gain an in-depth overview of services available in the area and build relationships with local GP practices. Her time working with the Ministry of Defence, providing physiotherapy to Royal Marines, gave her experience and vast knowledge of high-level injuries and performance management.  She currently works locally and provides physiotherapy to adults with learning disabilities and long-term conditions. In addition to this, she also lectures at degree level.

Carrie has an expert knowledge of biomechanics, musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation. She uses a range of non-invasive hands-on techniques and electrotherapy to restore and maintain joint range. She works closely with other service providers and through insurers if necessary.

By choosing a chartered physiotherapist you are ensuring you are treated by a highly qualified and regulated practitioner.
